The G-Wolves XVI-new driver, 16 more cataloged G-Wolves PIDs with their picker filters, and the Bridge empty-enumeration diagnostic push the measured aggregate to 2,470.9 kB, 0.9 kB over the old 2,470 kB budget. Verified locally with @openmouse/protocol@0.40.0.

Unblocks the automated 0.40.0 bump: the hourly update-protocol run fails its size gate at 2,470,894 / 2,470,000 bytes (0.9 kB over).
The growth is the G-Wolves XVI-new driver, 16 more cataloged G-Wolves PIDs with their picker filters, and the Bridge empty-enumeration diagnostic (protocol #203 + app #783). Verified locally with @openmouse/protocol@0.40.0: JS 2,470,897 / 2,472,000. Once this merges, re-trigger update-protocol.yml (or wait for the hourly run) to land the bump.
