Picks up the G-Wolves XVI-new driver and picker filters (mouse-protocol#203: GWolvesXviNewHidClient, verified present in the 0.40.0 dist) so the Fenrir Pro 8K receiver (33E4:3617) and its three siblings enumerate instead of reporting no compatible devices. Unblocks #777 retest on the web app.

Routine bump, same shape as #767. tsc clean, 382/382 tests pass.
