Bridge v1.0.0-beta.21 was pulled from GitHub, so the latest release is v1.0.0-beta.20 again and openmouse-bridge-windows-x64-full.zip no longer exists (the link returns 404). On beta.20, openmouse-bridge-windows-x64.zip is the complete Windows package.

Reverts the URL in src/features/bridge/manual-update.ts and its test. We will point back at -full when a release with that asset is published again.

Requested by the Bridge session. Left unmerged for the maintainer.

Tests: node --test src/features/bridge/manual-update.test.ts passes.

Changes the Windows case in manualInstallFor in manual-update.ts to return the standard ZIP asset URL instead of the full ZIP asset. macOS, Linux, and default cases are unchanged. Test expectations in manual-update.test.ts are updated to match.
