feat: add SteelSeries Rival 110 family protocol - #218
Conversation
Rival 110 (1038:1729), Rival 106 (1038:1816) and Rival 300S (1038:1810), reconstructed from the vendor's own GG 121.0.0 device specifications (rival-110.lisp/rival-106.lisp/rival-300s.lisp, all including rival-100) with rivalcfg's rival110.py corroborating every byte. Shares the Rival 100 command set but uses the PixArt PMW3326 sensor curve (200-7200, the vendor file gives no table), so it is a separate family from ./rival-100.ts. Unverified on hardware.

- Line 130: Update setDpi() to query the active preset index and write the
requested DPI to that preset instead of always using preset 1. Update
readStatus() to report the active preset’s DPI, preserving an unverified value
when that preset’s DPI is unknown.

Addresses CodeRabbit: when the CPI button has selected preset 2, setDpi() now reads the active preset index (0x16) and writes that preset, so the change takes effect; readStatus() reports the active preset's DPI. Both presets are tracked independently (falling back to their rivalcfg defaults when this session has not written them). setDpiPreset2 still writes preset 2 explicitly. Adds steelseriesRival110DecodeActivePreset.

🟡 Minor · Reject writes when the active preset is unknown. · rival-110-hid.ts:136-159
src/drivers/steelseries/rival-110-hid.ts:136-159
🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winReject writes when the active preset is unknown.
readActivePreset()converts timeouts and malformed replies into preset1. If preset2is active,setDpi()then writes preset1, saves, records success, and returns the requested DPI. The active DPI remains unchanged.Keep the preset-1 fallback for status display, but reject the write when the active preset cannot be read.

Adds the Rival 110 (
1038:1729), Rival 106 (1038:1816) and Rival 300S (1038:1810): codec (src/steelseries/rival-110.ts), catalog entries, and WebHID driver, all with tests.Reconstructed from the vendor's own GG 121.0.0 device specifications (
rival-110.lisp,rival-106.lisp,rival-300s.lisp, all of whichinclude "rival-100"), with rivalcfg'srival110.py(andrival300s.py, which reuses it) independently corroborating every command byte.Separate family from the Rival 100/105 (PR #217): same command bytes, but this trio uses the PixArt PMW3326 sensor. The vendor files give the DPI byte but no table, so rivalcfg's
dpi/pmw3326.pycurve is used — 200–7200 in 100 DPI steps, notably0x49→3200 (matching the vendor TrueMove Core table inrival-3-v2.ts). The Rival 100's eight-step choice table does not apply here.03 01/03 02with the PMW3326 byte; off-table rejected.04 00(01–04).05 00+ RGB, effect07 00(steady/breath).0B(dpi/os).09 00; firmware10 00→ 2-byte reply, used as the connectivity probe; active preset index16 00readable.All entries
