This PR refactors the
openbb-fredlibrary for V5. It also updates the release table endpoint to use the new FRED endpoint that serves the full historical context for a release table. The presentation of these has been optimized with parent-child relationships displayed with indentation and sparkline charts for fast analysis. Because of the improvements to the release tables, the Workspace app has been simplified to be a selectable dropdown.
