Remove the 1.x design-handoff snapshot, the historical Windows sherpa plan (implemented), the one-off Android build-time research note (absorbed by the workflow and CI records), stale root audit scripts, and the unreferenced motion-preview mock. Fix README issue/release links and android README relative paths; refresh docs index.
Translate remaining Chinese comments to concise English across core, Tauri host, frontend, linux-egui, workflows, and build scripts. Keep only the essential constraint where a comment argued alternatives; drop process narration. String literals, i18n values, test fixtures, and user-facing text stay untouched. Update three comment-anchored contract tests to the new English comment text (capsule monitor positioning, WindowChrome decorations, remote-input locale prefix slice).
…on checks Unify overlay and page motion, honor reduced motion, and preserve closing content. Keep Linux release artifacts behind an independent acceptance and administrator upload.

Beta 4 整合 Beta 3 之后的设置、语音和 Android 改动，并新增确认式手改学词。五处版本统一为
2.0.0-Beta.4+build.20260930，面向beta渠道。设置窗口先绘制透明初始帧，再以 360ms 淡入、上移和缩放进入；模式高亮、服务分类、供应商切换和真实加载/结果状态补齐动画。快速往返从当前绘制位置续播，减少动态效果时即时定位。模型入口等宽显示，未使用提示位于名称下方，Omni 配置同屏显示，保留传统/多模态的禁用规则和配置隔离。
macOS 将服务凭据及两类本机同步密钥集中到
credentials.v2，正常启动执行一次受保护读取。保存与恢复保留本机扩展，密钥不进入提供方快照或云端导出；写入复用已授权项目引用，并验证实际读回。迁移仍遵守旧项目的系统授权，撤销及损坏密钥隔离保留。整合 #1116、#1120、#1121、#1123、#1124、#1067、#1128：ASR 渠道顺序、DashScope Omni 音频格式、辅助语音多模态流程、空选区起草、API Route、Android IME/后台恢复，以及 Windows UIA / Android 无障碍观察后的建议确认。手改学词默认关闭，单独本机授权；参数变更终止旧观察，建议共享截止时间，确认后才写入词典。历史详情及 Android 编辑结果提供显式学词入口。集成时保留现有模型导航、动画和 Android 词典流程，并补齐八种语言的设置搜索词及建议过期处理。
发布 Windows、macOS、Android。Linux #1117 尚未完成，保留独立手动构建，仅上传 Actions 产物，产品验收通过后才附加发布包。
验证：
npm test（生产构建及 112 个前端/合同测试文件）、Core 1,245 项（另 1 项忽略）、macOS 原生库 572 项全部通过；rustfmt 和差异检查通过。6f9af895的 完整 CI 全部通过：Windows、macOS、Android、Linux Core/egui/deb/rpm 和 Rust 1.88。Chromium/WebKit 18 个动画交互用例已通过；覆盖设置自然进入、快速中断、减少动态效果、完整配置布局和供应商反馈。已公开发布 OpenLess 2.0.0-Beta.4+build.20260930。正式桌面构建 与 正式 Android 构建 全部成功；31 项资产及 SHA256SUMS 已核对，七个更新签名独立验证通过，四个 APK 的版本/ELF 架构/证书与两份 Mac DMG 内容检查通过，Windows NSIS 安装及 TSF 注册通过。此版本为 prerelease，Stable latest 保持 v1.3.18-tauri。
