Integrate Android CI acceleration, modifier-only dictation chords, Requesty, and remote-input generation guards over the verified Beta 2 baseline and macOS CI improvements. Fix review findings in signing configuration caching, APK validation, and modifier arbitration/recording. Keep Linux egui and its release workflows identical to Beta 2. 本次将本地 2.0 Beta 2 基线升级为
2.0.0-Beta.3+build.20260925，接入客户端加密同步，改进桌面交互，并缩短 macOS Rust 和 Android APK 构建流程。/v1/...、GitHub 短期同步会话和系统凭据库，支持受控恢复与冲突处理。首次开启需要独立的范围和协议确认；兼容旧版 Omni 空渠道，保留已有配置，冲突时不覆盖凭据。整合来源：#1107、#1106 的 Android/Core 部分、#1102、#1104 的非 Linux 部分、#1110。Linux egui 及其独立工作流保持 Beta 基线，本次不发布 Linux。
本地验证：Core 1210 passed、0 failed、1 ignored；104 个前端测试文件通过；macOS Host 库测试通过；TypeScript 与 Core Clippy 通过。针对性审查发现的问题已修复并复审。新 UI 已检查正常和最小浮窗尺寸、深浅色、折叠交互、登录焦点及减少动态效果模式。
真实账号的加密上传和跨设备生产数据往返仍需实测；本地模拟测试与截图不能代替生产验收。
