Summary

  • Refresh Dashboard Knowhere JWTs inside reconcile poll and parsed-sync steps, and persist the new token on QStash continuations.
  • Retry once on Authentication required so hour-plus parses are not marked failed after the snapshotted 1h JWT expires.

Depends on Dashboard Ontos-AI/knowhere-dashboard#98 — deploy that first, or refresh calls 404 and workflows still fail the same way.

Test plan

  • Dashboard PR Fix citation navigation to parsed chunk list #98 is merged and the refresh endpoint is live
  • pnpm test JWT refresh + reconcile/parsed-sync continuation tests
  • Upload a document whose Knowhere job lasts longer than 1 hour and confirm the source becomes ready (not Source reconciliation workflow failed: Authentication required)
  • Persistent KNOWHERE_API_KEY / sk_ credentials are not sent to refresh

Made with Cursor

Expired Dashboard snapshots were reported as workflow auth failures
even when Knowhere parsing later succeeded.
