Senior software engineer with 17 years shipping production systems, currently leading engineering at Wootware, after earlier architectural work re-platforming regulated systems in the gambling sector. Driving the architectural strategy that progressively extracts business logic out of a legacy Magento 1 storefront into a bespoke .NET backend, making commerce logic platform-agnostic and unblocking the move to Magento 2. Maintain a high-cadence automated release culture, increasingly run through agentic AI workflows and compound engineering practices used in real architectural work, not side experiments.
