pushes to main and prs touching anything outside apps/ still build every app. the matrix now comes from apps/, so new apps need no ci edit, and a single native job rolls up the builds for branch protection.

typecheck, lint, test and the js bundle now run through turbo filters for the apps a pr touches; everything still runs when shared code changes.

Most PRs touch one app, but CI checks and builds all 11 apps on every run: 22 native jobs and about 20–25 minutes per run.
What changed
changesjob decides which apps to check and build:apps/<name>/. Docs-only changes (docs/,*.md, images) skip the native builds.apps/(lockfile,packages/, CI, root config): builds every app.main: always builds every app.check(typecheck, lint, test, JS bundle) is scoped the same way, using turbo--filterfor the changed apps. Shared code changes still check everything, includingpackages/.androidandiosmatrices come fromapps/, and the iOS scheme is read fromios/*.xcworkspace. Adding a new app no longer needs a CI edit.nativejob rolls up the native builds. It passes when they succeed or are skipped, and fails if any build fails or is cancelled. Before merging: update the
mainrulesetThe required status checks still list per-app jobs, such as
ios (cowrite, Cowrite). The iOS jobs are now namedios (cowrite), and per-app jobs no longer run on every PR. Replace the per-app required checks withcheckandnative, or this PR and later PRs will wait forever on checks that never report.
