Summary

  • Add ChargeCatch (apps/chargecatch): EV-style charge site demo aligned with local session retention + upstream reconciliation when connectivity returns.
  • Site hub holds the authoritative session ledger; charge points (CP-A / CP-B) record RFID sessions; field tech clears comms faults so pending sessions retry over mesh.
  • Head office link toggle simulates CMS connectivity; Upload to CMS (mock) with visible duplicate drop on re-upload (sessionId idempotency).
  • Root README app table, run instructions, and CI Android/iOS matrix updated for chargecatch.

What it proves

  • Edge devices stay useful while head office is offline; enterprise ledger catches up once, without double-counting sessions.
  • Same mesh patterns as other catalogue apps (host ledger, propose/snapshot, pending resend) applied to the charge-point / OCPP-adjacent story.

Test plan

  • pnpm --filter @offline-app-examples/chargecatch test
  • pnpm --filter @offline-app-examples/chargecatch typecheck
  • Physical devices: hub + 2 chargers + tech — head office off → sessions on hub → fault/repair → head office on → upload → second upload shows dupes dropped
  • CI green (typecheck, lint, test, bundle, Android/iOS build)

Move MainActivity and MainApplication under com/offlineappexamples/chargecatch
so CI Kotlin compile matches namespace/applicationId.
