Erroneous grammar fix #136

Description

@Cruxador

It popped up in the commit log that "Englander" was changed to "English".

However, it seems this was done without regard to context as the term was actually "New Englander". There is no appropriate such proper adjective as "New English", and "New Englander" is the correct term in both modern language and historical language going back well before the game's cut-off point. Some modification of names is, of course, normal since we're talking about fictional societies. But this isn't a fictionalization, it's just regressing a particular name to a more generalized trend, and that's counter to the milieu of the project. As a mod based in post-apocalyptic America, the people involved are supposed to become more distinct from their European progenitors than the modern day, not less.
