We no longer want to bother supporting RunAs at all.
With its inability to work consistently in Linux, and the new sandboxing options, there is little need for this beyond potentially some benifit for Windows users.
Our recommendation from here will be to constrain the Tentacle process spawning Calamari if there are any concerns.
