Remove tests that only verify implementation wiring: mock arguments, error-code mapping, plumbing and unused helpers. Keep parser, adjudication, job privacy, Studio isolation and release-pipeline tests.

删除 mock 参数校验、错误码映射、Studio/R2 管线等测试（7 个文件）。保留解析器、事件栈、结果合并、任务隐私、Studio 训练/留出隔离与发布门禁，以及全部发布/打包流水线测试（release script、模型产物、promotion、publish channel、rollout 等）。测试函数 413 降至 178。
验证
