Thanks @Vishnu-Ajith for the quick rebase! The branch is now a single signed-off commit on top of the latest dev, touching only CHANGELOG.md. The stray ## Unreleased block is removed and the AZ-NET-018–027 entry sits once under ## [Unreleased] → ### Added, so the file is back in Keep a Changelog shape with no conflicts. LGTM, approving.

CHANGELOG.md had a stray duplicate "## Unreleased" section with one orphan bullet sitting above the real Keep-a-Changelog intro and the actual "## [Unreleased]" section. Folded that bullet into the real section and removed the duplicate header.
Found this while prepping the v0.4.0 release changelog off dev.
