Please don't merge this one. It's superseded by #324.
This PR edits docs/learn/index.html, which #324 deletes. The Learn page moves to website/src/pages/learn.astro, which computes its counts at build time, and the workflow that opened this PR is replaced by the read-only readme-stats.yml. Merging this first would put #324 back into a modify/delete conflict, the same one I just resolved against #344.
The README numbers here (144 rules / 144 playbooks) match what #324 produces, so nothing is lost by closing this once #324 merges. I'll close it then.
