Preserve contiguous PDF text runs instead of inserting spaces at every item boundary; infer word separators from positioning and existing whitespace. Map Word Heading 1–6 styles to Markdown section levels 2–6 so ordinary Heading 1 sections participate in FAQ generation.
62 JavaScript tests pass, including both regression cases. Browser checks imported a real Word file with Heading 1 sections and generated two FAQs, then imported a PDF whose Doc2FAQ word spans separate draw operations and confirmed it remains intact. Update the browser-demo guide to explain normalized headings. These fixes address review findings on the portfolio deployment PR.
