shoot, drive and perf now acquire the daemon themselves through acquireWarmCapture: reuse a live one, start one when none runs, replace one that serves another commit, and fall back to a direct launch with one printed line. --cold keeps the clean-boot path for evidence runs. A capture clears origin storage first, so a reused browser renders the same first-run state a cold one does. Prevention: scripts/shoot-daemon.test.ts covers reuse, --cold, stale detection, fallback and the daemon-died watch; check:no-blocking-wait stays green.
