logseq: slow to start

Describe the bug

Very slow to start and complains loudly when it does start "This plugin X takes too long to load, affecting the application startup time and potentially causing other plugins to fail to load." for every plugin.

Steps to reproduce

Start logseq.

Expected behaviour

Should not be slow to start.

Note: LLM initially thought it was connected to logseq/logseq#11785, but I think the evidence is saying otherwise.

Is this not the same issue as #506354?
I fixed it in #515504
I did not backport it to stable because I didn't realize that stable also increased the default electron version.

I will try to backport it.
