Canon boundary

Version 11 remains released canon. Its cited foundations are verified against the committed authoritative manuscript. Every new name, system, culture, institution, lineage, object, record, relation, event ordering, and interpretation in this PR remains DRAFT. No absolute dates or durations are introduced.

GitHub-first and science

The existing FOSS register was rechecked before implementation. Additional OnlyWorlds Collective, Institution, Object, Narrative, Language, Species, and Relation schemas at the pinned MIT revision were inspected and selectively reused. Astropy, REBOUND, accrete-starform-stargen, and Starmap were re-evaluated; FrunkQ/star-system-generator and StarGen-II were newly evaluated with exact revisions and licences. No generator source or output is included. All six astronomical settings remain qualitative and requires-review with claim-level uncertainty.
