Three-Go mined operator–Manager session: Full Spectrum doctrine, tech direction, roadmap, Nex sim/economy/Moots, Tails/CAGE research, FFD/LOOM method, website draft, claims register, and genesis traceability to baseline-001. status_authority: NONE; dual-track tension with Lab token red preserved. Verbatim OP/MGR attribution in VISION_THREAD_MANIFEST.
Adds Mithub dual-forge doctrine, machine-readable PACK_INDEX/CLAIMS, HANDOFF_ANY_AI cold start, executable TSK-FS task packets, claim-id check script, nexsim receipt schema/example, PR body, session log. Pack is takeover-ready for any seat; status_authority: NONE.
Complete TSK-FS-020/030/040 with Hermes teacher skill stubs, GitHub Actions claim-id check on pack paths, nexsim schema README, per-task receipts, and Claude architecture brief. Handoff table marks done work. status_authority: NONE.
Add OPERATOR_ONE_PAGE for human skim; hash_pack.sh + PACK_TREE.sha256 for LOOM-shaped pack identity; TSK-FS-002 partial receipt (chat still EXPORT_PENDING); break-status skill; handoff/session updates. status_authority: NONE.
Add LOOM_RECORD_001 genesis custody note, one-shot verify_pack.sh, static site markdown (TSK-FS-050), and handoff updates. Claim check now requires operator one-pager and LOOM record. status_authority: NONE.
