design: strike the hero on the ink ground - #2

Conversation
The paper hero read as a bright slab against a dark README and put the mark at 44px, where the coin disappears. It also sat apart from the other NaCode Studios repos, whose banners are dark. Same skeleton as those now, at the same 2560x680: eyebrow, then the mark at 86px with METIS and the component beside it, then the claim. The ground is Ink and the coin is struck the other way round, so the kit gains a display-size reversed mark; the previous reversed file was the sub-24px cut and is now metis-mark-reversed-small.svg. The component name stays the one accent, in patina rather than bronze, which is what bronze reads as on ink. Behind it is the one component in the design system that is pure geometry: the conformalized interval, bands and point estimates, kept clear of the type.
