Reviewed the diff against the upstream v0.25.1 release notes: vendor tree is consistent with go.mod/go.sum/modules.txt, and the only two vendored source changes map exactly to the two upstream fixes (priorityqueue logState data race, subresource-create RV parse). Full CI matrix green across k8s 1.34.11-1.37.0.
