Point nvMolKit component at renamed skills/ path - #23

nvMolKit PR #232 (merged) renamed the skill dir agent-skills/nvmolkit-usage/ -> skills/nvmolkit-usage/ and added evals/. Update components.d/nvmolkit.yml to the new source path so the nightly sync stops silently preserving the stale pre-#232 copy, and re-sync the catalog so library-skills/nvMolKit/ picks up evals.json + trigger_evals.json.
