This repository is a deployable documentation site with build and CI code. Licensed under AGPL-3.0 per Presidential direction of 2026-07-30. The repository was previously distributed across five mirror platforms and two archival systems with no licence file, which under default copyright reserved all rights and contradicted its open-source distribution.
