Makes every server-rendered portal page reflect the new soholink.org homepage design, as requested. Rather than hand-editing ~30 templates, this retheme's the one shared design system they all consume — web/static/css/portal.css plus the two layout shells (layout.html, admin_layout.html) — so the new schema propagates through the cascade. A repo sweep confirmed the templates are fully token-driven: no page hardcodes the old palette, so no per-page edits are needed (two inline stragglers are fixed here directly).

The schema shift

  • Palette — the old cyan terminal (#00b4d8 on #0a0d12) becomes the homepage's two-color brand: amber #F4A93A for action / your-money / primary CTAs and teal #3FC9B6 for links / verified / federation, on teal-ink #0C1416. Primary buttons and the hero highlight are amber; links, borders, labels, and focus rings are teal.
  • Typography — drops the Google Fonts CDN (Barlow Condensed + JetBrains Mono) for the homepage's system stack: heavy grotesque display, humanist body, and a mono utility voice retained for eyebrows / labels / nav / badges / table headers. This also removes an external CDN dependency.
  • Light theme — adds prefers-color-scheme: light token overrides, mirroring the landing page (the portal was dark-only before).
  • Brand mark — inlines the four-node mesh SVG + SohoLINK wordmark in both nav shells (replacing the PNG logo), and wires it as favicon + theme-color.

Scope discipline

No template structure or form markup changed — this is colors, fonts, and the brand mark only, so no handler/route/field coupling is touched. Verified locally: the composed component set (nav, hero, stat grid, card grid, table + badges, login form, buttons) renders with no console errors in both themes.

Files: portal.css, layout.html, admin_layout.html, consumer_job_status.html (inline JetBrains Mono → var(--mono)), + new web/static/soholink-mark.svg.

Author does not self-merge — for review. Takes effect on the next portal image rebuild (deploy/redeploy.sh).

Retheme the shared portal design system (portal.css + the two layout
shells) to match the soholink.org landing page, so every server-rendered
page - login, register, dashboard, operator console, governance, opt-out,
job status, marketplace - reflects the new schema through the cascade
rather than page-by-page edits.

- Palette: cyan terminal (#00b4d8 on #0a0d12) -> the homepage's two-color
  brand: AMBER (#F4A93A; action / your money / primary CTAs) + TEAL
  (#3FC9B6; links / verified / federation) on teal-ink (#0C1416).
- Type: drop the Google Fonts CDN (Barlow Condensed + JetBrains Mono) for
  the homepage's system stack - heavy grotesque display, humanist body,
  and a mono utility voice for eyebrows/labels/nav/badges/table headers.
- Add a light theme via prefers-color-scheme, mirroring the landing page.
- Primary buttons and the hero highlight move to amber; links, borders,
  labels, and focus rings to teal.
- Brand mark: inline the four-node mesh SVG + wordmark in both nav shells
  (replacing the PNG logo); add it as favicon + theme-color meta.
- Fix the two inline stragglers: the admin banner's old-cyan tint and the
  job-status node id's hardcoded JetBrains Mono -> var(--mono).

No template structure or form markup changed - colors and fonts only.
