The standalone Toggle component has no remaining callers. ToggleGroup is the only consumer of its variants, so move the unchanged variant definition into that owner and remove the unused wrapper and export. This removes 17 net production lines without changing group behavior or styles.
Validation on current main with Node 26.5.0:
npm run check).git diff --checkpassed.Only these two UI files are included. Full Python/Rust suites and installed-desktop tests were not run for this cleanup.
