The inventory system was failing to display products due to unconfigured Supabase environment variables, leading to
fetch failederrors. This PR introduces robust error detection, clear UI feedback, fallback sample data, and a comprehensive setup guide to ensure the inventory page functions correctly and guides users through configuration.
