Bump rustls 0.23.45→0.23.46 and wasmtime/wasmtime-wasi 36.0.17→36.0.18 so Daily Maintenance security scan exits 0 again after Oct 14 advisories (RUSTSEC-2026-0346..0349, 0352, 0363).
RUSTSEC-2026-0367/0368/0369 on zip 2.4.2 require >=9.0.0. Adapt ZipArchive::name() Result in self-update extract path.
Clears RUSTSEC-2026-0379/0380 (wasmtime), 0381 (webpki-roots), 0382 (rustls-webpki) so Daily Maintenance 安全漏洞扫描 can go green after #54 merges.
