Summary

• Bump UniLab 1.5.3 → 1.5.4 in both package profiles and both lockfiles.
• Pin unisim-core==2.2.5 for the base dependency, Motrix, SuperDex, and ROCm profiles.
• Consume the Motrix rotated-root body-frame qvel readback fix released in UniSim 2.2.5 (UniSim #492).
• Add the bilingual 1.5.4 changelog for deferred finite validation, standalone dance checkpoints, macOS teaser playback, the UniSim update, and the Motrix reset fix.
• Release-only diff; no UniLab runtime code is modified.

Validation

• make test-all passed on final head a7083813: 2907 passed, 40 skipped, 375 deselected, 1 xfailed; benchmark smoke 35/35 modules and 36/36 scripts.
• uv run pytest tests/scripts/test_check_docs.py -q: 20 passed.
• Sphinx HTML build succeeded (7 existing warnings).
• uv build --out-dir dist and Twine checks passed for wheel and sdist.
• Fresh distribution install smoke passed: unilab.__version__ == "1.5.4", package root/config and RL imports valid.
• Original Motrix conformance failure passes with published unisim-core 2.2.5.
• uv lock --check and git diff --check passed.

Release route

1. Wait for current-head PR CI and Docs.
2. Merge this PR and dispatch CI on the exact merge commit.
3. Push annotated v1.5.4; the release workflow verifies CI, builds distributions, publishes to PyPI, and creates the GitHub Release.
