The window still said "r53 still planned," but a release actually shipped Saturday night (Aug 2) - the "Releasing builder" post plus the Aug 3 #team-runneth Last release thread with a large PR batch. Reframed the window to note a release shipped Aug 2 with the stacked-up r53 work, next window TBD. Could not confirm the exact release tag from the thread (no r-number named), so did not assert a specific tag - please confirm/rename if it should read r53 or higher. Banner bumped. Draft for human review, do not auto-merge.
