Summary

• Reset leaked display state when opening a new file, and only show View controls that apply to the current structure and representation.
• Put representation, atoms, and layers first; move periodic cell and appearance last, with larger Inter type in the inspector.

Test plan

• Open a crystal, then a MOF, and confirm the display does not leak
• Confirm pair analysis is available on a single fully periodic frame
• Confirm Bonds reads off for ribbon/spacefill, and on for ball-and-stick/lines
• Confirm inspector type is 11–12 px and View order is Representation → Atoms → Layers → Periodic → Appearance
• Targeted Playwright: canonical viewer, command search, display controls PNG, 1CRN ribbon, 320 px layout
