Orbit 1.2.0

Added

  • Install over USB: the Windows app now carries the Android app. Plug in the phone with USB debugging on and click Install on phone on the pairing screen; Orbit installs and pairs in one go. This works where Android blocks installing Orbit from a browser ("App blocked to protect your device"). When the phone has an older Orbit, Settings offers Update over USB.

Changed

  • The screen mirroring window on Windows follows the app's light or dark theme instead of always being dark.
  • The website offers only the Windows download for now; the Windows app installs the phone app over USB.

Release changes

  • TROUBLESHOOTING: Update over USB for an outdated phone app; RELEASING: APK bundled in the Windows app.
  • Version 1.2.0 (versionCode 3).

Checks: privacy scan clean; Windows 59/59 tests; Android tests, lint and release APK pass; Windows publish bundles phone\Orbit.apk.

The mirror window merged Themes/Dark.xaml into its own resources, so it was
dark even with the app in light mode. It now uses the app's theme like every
other window. Its own colors (stage, scrim, live/pending/alert dots, toolbar
ink) move to Mirror* brushes in Light.xaml and Dark.xaml, and the spinner
ring uses Track instead of a hardcoded dark color.

Play Protect blocks browser installs of apps with a notification listener in several countries, so the
Windows app now carries the release APK (phone\Orbit.apk) and installs or updates it with adb:
- Pair page: "Install on phone" when the plugged-in phone has no Orbit; installs, then pairs over USB.
- Settings: "Update over USB" for an older phone app, "Install over USB" for a new or reset phone (re-pairs).
- Release workflow and build.ps1 build Android first and bundle the APK.
- Website: the Android download is hidden for now; the Android card points to Install on phone.
- Docs: README install steps, troubleshooting for "App blocked" and restricted settings, architecture.

…er ring in light

- Checklist rows and the recording icon use resource references instead of FindResource copies, so a
theme switch while the window is open updates them.
- New MirrorRing brush for the connecting ring and pending dots (Track was nearly invisible on the light scrim).

Make the mirror window follow the light/dark theme
Install the phone app over USB from the Windows app
- TROUBLESHOOTING: "one app needs updating" points to Update over USB
- RELEASING: the Windows release bundles the signed APK
- Version 1.2.0 (versionCode 3); changelog section dated
