What this changes
The MCP.so row in the MCP README now says who owns the listing (submitted by Mateusz Sadowski) and what to do without access: ask him to edit, or use the "Claim" button. It also states the page carries no version, so a release needs no change there unless the tool set or description changes.
Key files
packages/mcp/README.md— MCP.so venue row rewritten; step 7 bullet now points to that row. Before / after
Before: "Self-serve listing. Manual edit ... on the Edit Server page."
After: "Submitted by Mateusz Sadowski ... edited from that account. Without access, ask ... or use the "Claim" button ..."
Docs only, nothing to run. Unreviewed fixes: none. No changeset (docs only).
