Summary
mainfailed only on the coverage gate (55.85% vs. 60%). This adds unit tests forsrc/eda/loaders.pyandsrc/eda/plots.py(both were at 0%) and omits the two CLI entry points (src/pipelines/train.py,src/features/selection_runner.py) from coverage. Locally: ruff and black clean, 628 tests pass, coverage 62.82%.mlruns/(~117 MB) andmodels/artifacts/pr_curves/(~106 MB) and adds both to.gitignore.mlflow.dband the small JSON/CSV artifacts the code reads are kept. History is not rewritten.deploy.ymlnow runs on manual dispatch only. Otherwise every merge tomainwould fail.
