Replace the MIT license with the Apache License 2.0, add a NOTICE file, and update package metadata (mix, Python, TypeScript, MCP, Raycast), README badge and footer, CONTRIBUTING, site footer and hero, and docs. Releases published before this change remain available under MIT.
