Description
This Pull Request finalizes the pre-production stage of the ToDo & Co project by integrating the final quality audit report (
docs/QUALITY_AUDIT_REPORT.md) and validating all code health metrics required for the official v1.0.0 release.It consolidates the PHPUnit test suite enhancements, code coverage achievements, and final documentation confirming compliance with all project standards.
