What changes
Records that gitops specs/009 T064 and T065 were re-done in the replacement AWS account
376784708420, and marks the 2026-09-22 evidence as belonging to the lost account. No code changes. Why
The 2026-09-22 ticks describe clusters in account
575172595729, which ran out of credits and was migrated away. Those clusters no longer exist, so as written the register claimed a bootstrap that cannot be verified anywhere. The three full clusters were rebuilt in the new account and had no ArgoCD at all, which this pull request records honestly rather than leaving two ticks resting on lost infrastructure.Tasks
gitops specs/009-full-platform-rollout T064: re-done, with new transcripts.
gitops specs/009-full-platform-rollout T065: re-verified read-only against the new clusters.
The task register is updated in this pull request
Every task ticked here was verified by locating its artifact
How it is verified
T064, on 2026-09-29, after the three clusters were recreated in
376784708420:kubectl get ns argocdreturnedError from server (NotFound)onlex-mts-fdev-eks-main, and the same on the other two (the bootstrap script's ownREAD kubectl get namespace argocdstep).--dry-runon fdev passed every guard: account, context, reviewed revision, rendered-install checksum, and the two-mutation cap.--expected-account 376784708420 --revision 9927e1c4c67a815db3ddaf3d3c304f5fe22198a3 --protected-ref origin/mainwith each cluster's ownclusters/eks-full-*/root-app.yaml, and each printedPASS: bootstrapped <cluster> with exactly 2 mutations.~/backups-microtodosuite/t064-bootstrap-20260929-newaccount/{fdev,fstg,fprd}.txtandfdev-dryrun.txt.T065, read-only on the same day:
No business, environment, or platform Application exists on any full cluster: every activation list is still
value: []. No mutation was made for the verification.N/A for this pull request: it edits only the register, with no manifest, Terraform, or provider argument.
Risk and rollback
Register-only; reverting this pull request undoes it. The live bootstrap is already done and is reversible only by removing ArgoCD from a cluster, which is not part of this change.
