What changes
Promotes the exact todos-api image digest validated live in economical development and staging to economical production. Only the production overlay digest changes.
Why
The production overlay points to an image digest that does not exist in the rebuilt account. Build-once promotion requires copying the staging digest unchanged after live acceptance.
Tasks
No task register entry tracks this routine digest promotion. The official promotion helper created the change.
How it is verified
The digest exists in account 376784708420 ECR. The same digest is Running, Synced, and Healthy in both microtodo-dev and microtodo-staging. Both HTTPS health endpoints return 200 with valid TLS when addressed through the shared ALB. scripts/bump-image.sh rendered and verified the immutable image reference. Repository CI validates the final change.
Risk and rollback
Production changes only after explicit human approval. Rollback is a Git revert to the previous digest.
What this PR does not do
It does not change development, staging, demo, registry names, infrastructure resources, or cluster state directly.
