What changes
The D2 amendment of 2026-09-13 now says ai-agents specs/001 T045 carries the default VPC deletion, not T043.
Why
#43 named the task T043. The ai-agents register already used T043 for its CloudTrail data-events task, and the paired ai-agents pull request renumbers the default VPC deletion to T045.
