chore(agents): replace sibling symlinks with synced agent assets - #42

The skills, Spec Kit templates and scripts, init options, and constitution were symlinks into sibling checkouts of microservice-app-ai-agents and microservice-app-docs, which every other clone saw as broken links. They are now copies made by scripts/sync-agent-assets.sh from microservice-app-ai-agents 2f6a716 and microservice-app-docs 6e26503, together with the rules in .agents/rules/ and the suite's four new skills (ai-agents specs/001 T020).
