Publish LoreLens 7.14

What changed

• publishes the complete LoreLens 7.14 application
• replaces the legacy Gemini-only flow with provider adapters and validated AI responses
• adds reliable location evidence, offline pending records, PWA caching, multilingual narration, and eleven interface languages
• redesigns the mobile interface while preserving the camera-first experience
• includes migration documentation, environment examples, tests, and production build configuration

Why

The GitHub repository still contains the older LoreLens implementation. This update publishes the separately verified 7.14 upgrade while preserving the previous repository history.

Validation

• npm.cmd run typecheck
• npm.cmd test — 22 files, 83 tests
• npm.cmd run build
• real-browser check at 390 × 844 with no console warnings

No API keys, local photos, logs, caches, node_modules, or build output are included in Git.
