The release PR was created by action-create-release-pr, which formats the changelog with a blank line after every heading. This repo's auto-changelog validation (run in CI as `yarn auto-changelog validate --rc` on release branches) uses Prettier v2 and expects no blank line after headings, so the workflow's format was rejected. Reformat CHANGELOG.md to match the repo's existing style (as on main) so the changelog validation passes.
