Fixes #771.

At rail width (~340 dp) the full row's fixed columns (time, two names at 130, SNR, pill) were already wider than the pane. The "What happened" header label got no width and wrapped one letter per line, making the header ~180 px tall, so the table was left a strip one row high.

When the pane is narrower than the full row needs, rows are now drawn the way the Inspector draws them in the same rail: names share the space, a dot for the type, no detail. The header label can't wrap any more. Popped out or full-window, nothing changes.

Before / after at 340×430. The after image is drawn from a real 90 s fife-strict run's event log, not test data:

before
after

At rail width the full row's fixed columns overflowed, the header's last
label wrapped a letter to a line, and the table was left one row high.
A pane too narrow for the full row now draws rows the way the Inspector
does in the same rail.
