Adds Agent Café (402.coffee) to Example Apps — a live x402 endpoint on Base mainnet, the "hello world of agent payments." Any agent pays USDC to buy a coffee and gets a machine-readable receipt. Speaks plain standard x402 (works with any client, first try), with idempotent retries, paid-but-no-receipt recovery, and a public wall of paid orders.
