Getting Started

Prerequisites

  • Golang: Ensure you have Go installed on your machine. Download Go
  • Fiber: Fiber framework is included in the dependencies.

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone git@github.com:Mlcarvalho1/go-messenger.git
    cd go-messenger
  2. Install dependencies:

    go mod tidy
    
  3. Run the application:

    go run main.go
    
  4. Access the application:

    Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000/user

Running tests

  • Integration Tests In te terminal run:

        make test-integration
    

    To receive the coverage report in html run:

        make test-integration-report
