Summary

stop setting registry-url in actions/setup-node
let semantic-release use npm trusted publishing via GitHub OIDC
avoid the npm auth conflict that caused EINVALIDNPMTOKEN

Notes

follow-up to feat: automate releases from merged PRs #33 after the first release run on main failed
