docs: refresh README screenshots and features for the current UI#21

The annotated screenshots predated a burst of feature work (Scenes, Warm Glow, sleep/shutdown power handling, restore-on-wake, open-at-login), so several were stale or missing: - the Settings shot was badly out of date — no power/login controls, and an ancient version string - there were no Scenes or Warm Glow shots at all - the mode picker in the RGB / White / dropdown shots lacked the Scenes segment Recapture all seven against the current UI and re-annotate them, add the Warm Glow and Scenes shots, and fix the Features list: add Warm Glow + Scenes, drop the non-existent "accent/highlight colour" setting, and document the sleep / shutdown / restore + open-at-login behaviour. Add scripts/annotate-screenshots.sh so the annotated images are reproducible from raw captures placed in assets/raw/.

Recapture all seven against v5.1.0 and re-annotate them, add the Warm Glow and Scenes shots, and fix the Features list: add Warm Glow + Scenes, drop the non-existent "accent/highlight colour" setting, and document the sleep / shutdown / restore + open-at-login behaviour.
Add scripts/annotate-screenshots.sh (and assets/raw/ source captures) so the annotated images are reproducible.
