'panda3d_OpenLoopStimuli.py' Stimulus control for running 2-photon neuronal activity imaging experiments presented in May, Cellini, van Breugel, and Nagel 2025 (bioRxiv). Includes both setup Panda3D class ("Handler") and the scripts used for the paper.
'measure_OF.py' Generates a single sphere in the center of the field of view; used for centering the visual stimulus on the screen.
