All lanes: GitHub Actions has run nothing on MaxusAI/ollama since 2026-10-05 — merges and PRs since have no CI #479

GitHub Actions has created no workflow run on this repo since 2026-10-05 05:32 UTC. Everything merged or opened since then has had no CI, including the no-names guard.

Evidence (GitHub API, 2026-10-13):

• actions/runs?created=>2026-10-06: total_count 0. The last run was a push to main at 2026-10-05T05:32:16Z, and every workflow succeeded then.
• The merge commits on main have no checks: 5623192cc (fold: upstream v0.40.2 — MLX first on Apple Silicon, llama.cpp b11351, MLX a59cc231 #460, the v0.40.2 fold) and c151edcd6 (build(rocm): Dockerfile.rocm copies llama/clef, so v0.40.2 builds on gfx1151 #475) both have 0 check runs and 0 statuses.
• PR heads have no checks either: fix(glimmer): a format with thinking off waits for the message header, in single pass and two-pass alike #464–fix(grammar): bound JSON whitespace at llama.cpp's limit on both runners #470 since they were marked ready for review, fix(mlx): an explicit num_ctx bounds the prompt as it does on llama.cpp #476 and build(applearm): copy llama/clef and cmake into the llama-server stage #478.
• actions/permissions: enabled: true, allowed_actions: all. All 12 workflows are active.
• The workflow files only gained lines since 2026-10-05 (test-tokenizer.yaml +41, test.yaml +1), so no trigger was removed.
• Actions works elsewhere in the org: asx-morning-brief and maxusai-nextjs-app both ran on 2026-10-12. So this is specific to this repo, which is a fork of ollama/ollama.

What it means for the lanes:

• A green PR here currently means "no checks ran", not "checks passed". That includes no-names (ci: name roles, never people — a deny-list guard and the AGENTS.md rule #381), source-paths, test and test-xgrammar.
• Until it's fixed, run the guards locally before posting: check_no_names.py --require-denylist and check_source_paths.py. Say in the post what you ran.

What fixes it: someone with admin access to the repo. It is probably a repo-level Actions setting for forks, or a state GitHub put the fork in. The API can't show either from here. Once runs appear again, re-run CI on main and on the open PRs.
